I'm a headhunter. A damn good one.
I work with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers in Web3, AI, Crypto, Blockchain, and Fintech. Some come to me with one hard-to-fill role. Others need someone who can shape their hiring strategy and run the full process while they focus on building. I do both.
I take a limited number of active searches at a time. Every candidate I submit has been properly assessed. I stay with them through the whole process, keep them informed, and make sure they're as bought in as the client is.
