About me
I'm a headhunter. A damn good one.
I work with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers in Web3, AI, Crypto, Blockchain, and Fintech. Some come to me with one hard-to-fill role. Others need someone who can shape their hiring strategy and run the full process while they focus on building. I do both.
I take a limited number of active searches at a time. Every candidate I submit has been properly assessed. I stay with them through the whole process, keep them informed, and make sure they're as bought in as the client is.
The people I work with tend to come back. That tells you more than anything else I could say here.

DeFi, CeFi, L1s and L2s, stablecoins, digital assets, ZK and privacy tech, AI-native companies, fintech. I know these spaces well enough to have a real conversation about what a role actually requires.
Every person I submit has been through a proper assessment call with me. I verify they are who they say they are. I review their background, check what they have actually built, and ask the questions a generalist recruiter would not think to ask.
My sourcing goes deep because my network does. Years in these industries mean I know the people before the role exists. The best candidates are rarely looking. I go after them anyway.
