Crypto Recruitment
Crypto moves fast. The people who build in this space are not on job boards waiting to be found. They are heads down, working on something, and not looking. Finding them takes more than a LinkedIn search.
What Crypto Recruitment Actually Requires
Most recruiters in this space learned the vocabulary. They know what a DEX is and can post on the same job boards as everyone else. What they cannot do is get on a call with a DeFi founder and have a real conversation about what a role actually requires.
Before I ever placed a single candidate, I spent years deep in these industries. That means I know the difference between a Solidity developer and a smart contract auditor. I also understand what it means to build through bear markets, chaotic pivots, and regulatory uncertainty. That depth is what makes my crypto recruitment process different.
Who I Place
Blockchain developers across Solidity, Rust, and Cosmos SDK. Crypto-native product managers, DeFi and CeFi specialists, and community and DAO managers. Beyond that, CTOs, founding engineers, and compliance hires for MiCA and beyond. Growth and BD leads who understand the space from the inside.
I work across DeFi, CeFi, L1s and L2s, stablecoins, wallets, privacy tech, gaming, and infrastructure. Pre-seed to post-Series A.
How My Crypto Recruitment Works
Every candidate I submit has been properly assessed. As a result, you only see people I have verified, spoken to properly, and believe are the right fit for where your company is going. I don’t send profiles to show activity. Instead, I send people I would hire myself.
